Notes on Uncle Harry:
Uncle Harry was first produced by American Undergraduates. Later, on Broadway, it was given a French-Canadian setting. At The Garrick Theatre, London some years later it was repatriated and given a north of England setting and the Title role was played by Michael Redgrave, who, in conjunction with William Armstrong also directed the play.
