2015 Retrospective

In his message included in the latest "News Update" our Chairman, Richard Longmore, reviewed events in 2015, a very busy year.

He reported that the Season 1 production, "The Vicar of Dibley" had been one of our best attended plays ever (95% of seats filled); and that the Vicar will be returning in Season 1 2016 with another Dibley plot.

Apart from the success of all 2015 productions, the ATC Board has addressed a number of other significant issues during the year, he said.

These included:

• a review and formal establishment of emergency procedures;

• installation of LED lighting in the foyer and auditorium;

• back stage plumbing and electrical modifications;

• plans for a boardwalk to improve safety in the theatre ceiling; and

• revision of the ATC Constitution to comply with Department of Consumer Affairs requirements.
